Service Commencement
Once the final care plan has been placed in the service users home, service commencement can begin.
All new carers to the client are verbally updated on a general idea of who the client is as a person and what is required for them. They also have allocated time in their first call to thoroughly read through the care plan to have a detailed idea of the individuals background and needs.
We will use the initial few weeks to solidify all daily tasks required and implement any changes that may be required, to fit your needs exactly.
