Felix health's main goal is to help others. When we started up we had a vision to provide clients with genuine transparent quality care, taking care of the individuals as we would our own family members. We place great emphasis and focus on being an outcome based organisation.

Live in

Live in care consists of 24 hour care, with a specific carer who will live within the premises to provide continuous care and support. In occasions of the carers breaks for personal time,  shifts will be covered by another staff member. Ensuring the client is attended to 24/7.

Reablement services

Supporting you back to normal. Whether you've had a fall or a loss of confidence, we can support your various needs, slowly assisting you back to independence where necessary.

We will work alongside you and other healthcare professionals to support you to acheive your personal quality of life goals.

24 Hour Care

This Involves a small team of carers who will take shifts to attend to the individual on a 24 hour basis. All required tasks will be attended to throughout shifts. Any Grade 3 tasks will be covered by a HCA/Nurse during a shift. 

Respite Care Services

Respite Care ranges in time frame from one single service to a particular time period. Its a relief service for usual carers such as family for when they go abroad or need some time off. 

Specialised Care Services

Specilised Care Services are specifically targeted at our Grade 3 client's who have complex needs and require a HCA or Nurse to effectively deliver care towards their needs, such as Insulin Administration or Peg feeding.

This can be independent services or integrated into other support services.

Companionship Services

Companionship Services provide clients some social time with a carer who we specifically match to the client for socialisation purposes; for a chat, some game time or for the carer to take the client out into the community. This is especially beneficial for clients who live on their own.

This can be an independent  or additional service.

 Tiers of Delivered Care

Grade 1

Includes Personal Care, Continence Care, Meal Preparation, Grooming & Light Housekeeping.

Grade 2

Includes Tier 1 specification plus Medictaion administration Support & Specialised care such as Dementia, Mental Health & Palliative care Support.

Grade 3

Includes Grade 1 & 2 specifications plus delegated HCA/ Nursing tasks.

The next steps

 After your first contact with us, we will work alongside you to create the specialised care plan catered towards the individuals needs and wishes.

First Point of Contact

Once you contact us, after answering all your queries, we will collect the right information to send one of our field staff over for a home visit.

Home Visit & Initial Assessment

We then introduce Felix Health, the work we do and how we can support you. Working with you to come up with the particular services that are right for the Client.

Care Plan 

The information collected from our Home visit and any other healthcare professions is collated to produce a detailed personalised care plan.

Service Commencment

Once the care plan has been created and agreed upon, service delivery will commence, with the continuous flow of information between us and the client to adjust effectively any changes required throughout their journey at Felix Health.
