Protocol and regulations are continuously changing, staying on top of them and implementing them throughout the organisation is vital to maintaining standards.
We are here to assist and train staff throughout the organisation, office staff and care workers to understand the correct internal and external regulations in order to comply at all times with both the organisations policies & procedures, and CQC's KLOE framework. We will also train the personnel/team in charge how to ensure full organisational compliance is in place and maintained, and where to find relevant information.
