As the Registered Manager, this individual takes full responsibility of day to day running. Their role is crucial in overlooking all procedures, delegating where necessary, and knowing when to step in.
The registered manager needs to be capable of taking on the challenges which will be faced day to day, to be quick and efficient thinking.
The welfare of all clients and care workers, is priority to this individuals daily tasks, ensuring standard quality care is maintained throughout the organisation. They will also need have an understanding of the business side of a care agency in order to comprehend the flow of procedures throughout departments.
Using all information collected through meetings, supervisions, surveys, to create quarterly and annual actions plans. They are also key in communication with senior management of any necessary changes to protocols, in order to improve on current standards.
