What are specialist courses?
Cares are now more than ever asked to involve them selves in complex care, this a wide range of services which previously would be completed by nurses, which over time certain aspects have been handed over to care companies. However due to the complex nature of these tasks, Carers require specific training to carry out the required procedures.
Our specialist courses are specific modules covering specialised techniques for example, catheter care module or peg feeding module. It is essential Care workers complete specialised training alongside council regulatory training prior to any complex care being given. These training also provide the carer with beneficial development opportunities within their role.
